Our first online auction is expected to bring in $815! We are grateful to all of the donors who helped make this event a success. And, of course, we are thankful for our hardworking team members for all of their efforts and volunteer support. The funds raised will go to our next sponsorship project: helping an individual refugee start a new life in Halifax.
We especially wish to thank those who spread the word on this event – we had widespread coverage thanks to your encouraging words and enthusiasm. We didn’t know what to expect for this event but we are certainly (and overwhelmingly) moved by the support you continue to give. And give and give and give.
